1. General class
General-class TPV, one of our basic products featured by good colour and lustre (white and light-proof), good handle and chromatophilous property, can satisfy all needs for processing, which is extensively applied to all industrial fields.
2. High performance class
The biggest gap of domestic TPV products is resilience. To satisfy the need for high resilience of all sealings, we developed high performance-class TPV under our permanent pursuit of customer satisfaction. The high performance-class TPV, one of our key products featured by excellent resilience, good handle and chromatophilous property, can satisfy all needs for processing, which is extensively applied to the fields having higher requirements resilience and tightness such as construction sealing and glass block screen wall.
3. Flame retardant class
To satisfy needs of cables for flame retardant and to fill the domestic gap on flame retardant of TPV, our technicians found out flame-retardant mechanism of EPDM/PP TPV via multi-sided demonstration and repeated experiments and obtained proper formulation and process to reduce losses of its physical and chemical properties on a basis of satisfying flame retardant related requirements. Flame retardant-class TPV has higher thermostability and photostability, low-halogen and low-smoke properties, no drippage, complies to EU Dioxin directives and is an environment-friendly product. Flame retardant-class TPV is mainly applied to the fields such as cables (with breakdown potential of 25KV and over), wiring harness, compartment, etc.
